Adopt a friend for life

Re: Adopted!

Type: Mustang

Age: 22 Years

Sex: Gelding

Size: under 15 Hand

Color: Red Dun

Health: No known health conditions

My name’s Red and I’m a 22 year old red dun Oregon mustang gelding. Probably under 15 hands but seriously stout. I was ridden in my previous homes, but have spent my time recently just pushing around my old friend Jango now that we’re reunited. I’m on the lazier side when ridden, but have plenty of energy overall. If I stay at the rescue, I’ll probably be a pack horse all summer – that’s cool, but I’d rather be someone’s riding partner. I have a certainly “je ne c’est quoi” or perhaps machismo about me that I’d really like to show off.

Interested in Adopting?

Because we consider each horse that comes through our door as a member of our family, Mustangs To The Rescue wants to ensure the horse we place will be going to a long-term, loving and caring home.

Designed to ensure that the adoption will be in the best interest of both the horse and the adopter, each step of our adoption process helps us to identify if we have the right match.
