New Crew Member Orientation

Please attend our volunteer Crew Member Orientation to learn more about Mustangs to the Rescue (MTTR), our programs and volunteer opportunities. (Time is subject to change)

We are especially in need of able-bodied, early risers, who can assist in early morning chores such as manure management, grooming, turn out and feeding. These crew members should be willing to commit to a specified, consistent schedule each week (even if  it is just one day a week!).

Other volunteer positions that need to be filled:

Photographers – to take photographs during events, programs, fundraisers and day to day operations for our website, newsletter, flyers and other social media. The volunteer(s) must be willing to attend our events  and process digital photos in a timely manner.

Grant Writer/Research Assistant – primary responsibility includes preparation of proposals and grant applications in the areas related to our mission.

Special Events Coordinator – to plan and manage special events and fundraising activities.

During orientation we’ll go over:

MTTR History
MTTR Mission
Goals of the Volunteer Program
What to expect when volunteering
Volunteer Program Policies and Procedures
Tour of Facilities and meet the horses
Schedules and logistics

Please RSVP via email to info@MustangstotheRescue.org

If you have a moment, please complete the Crew Member Application.

Thank you!
