Mustangs To The Rescue is looking for someone interested in exchanging about 20 hours per week of manual labor for a spot to park their rv or tiny house in a very tranquil setting on 40 acres. Person could have outside employment. Open to "workampers" seeking a place to park their RV in exchange for volunteering their time to long-term campers looking for stability. Must like horses and people Reliable transportation is a must. Smoking is not allowed ANYWHERE on the property. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must have a positive attitude. Limited alcohol consumption is allowed, after work. No Drunks. No Addictions. Individual must be proactive in recognizing what needs to be done and doing it. Must be able to speak, read and write in English Must have your own RV/Motorhome/Tinyhouse References required and they will be checked. This job is fluid and physically demanding. Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Tasks are occasionally strenuous and you must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Individual will be responsible for manure management, cleaning water troughs and general maintenance duties around the farm as needed. Hours per day vary depending on needs. Located between Bend and Sisters. Maximum of two people. No children. No Pets. No Livestock.
